The MUN Students’ Union is proud to announce the headline act for its upcoming and much anticipated welcome back orientation concert, Snoop Dogg at Mile One Centre on Saturday, September 12th, 2009.
Snoop Dogg, along with opening acts, will be performing for thousands of new and returning students as part of a week of orientation activities. In order to ensure the event is open to under-age students, both wet and dry sections will be available.
“Students are very excited about this show,” said Bradley Russell, Director of Student Life with the MUN Students’ Union. “Our welcome back activities have been getting bigger and better every year and this orientation concert is going to be a huge success.”
Tickets go on sale Friday, August 14th at 12 NOON. Tickets can be purchased at the Mile One Box Office; by phoning (709) 576-7657, (toll free) at 1 800 361-4595 or online at www.admission.com. Tickets are $44.95 for MUN students and alumni only, and $54.95 for the general public. Ticket prices do not include tax or surcharge. Please note: MUN student ID or alumni ID must be presented to take advantage of the special price and will be required for admission on the night of the concert.
